Why Should You Trust Me?
Hi. You may wonder why you should trust me with your
health and fitness regimen. Why me, out of all the choices online and possibly in your area of the world?
Why? I will tell you why. Because, I will train you the way I would, and have, trained myself. I do this because I care. Probably to a fault.
I think about every session I plan for you. I put myself through every move in my head, and then I decide if I think that would be a workout that I would want to do. It has to pass the test of: If it's good enough for me, it is good enough for my clients. Every time. Every workout. Without exception.
You can know in your heart that I will not design or assign one single workout without having done it myself and without having faith that it will get you the results you are looking for. In my 25-plus years of strength training experience-14 of those as a certified trainer-I've tried many techniques and routines and I know which ones work.
You have my solemn promise on this. If I didn’t believe in it, I wouldn’t prescribe it. I am not made that way. Integrity is a vital part of what makes me tick.
If you give me your 100 percent, I will give you mine. And together we can make a difference in your health, your life, and the life of those who matter to you, me, and hence, our world.
After all, changing the world on a global scale starts with changing the world on a personal level, the only world that we really have any control over in the first place.
